I am wondering if anyone can help me. Canton customer support appears to be virtually non-existent.

My Canton DM55 is just 6 weeks old and it has become stuck in a loop and is non-responsive to my remote control. The loop goes ..."on" ... "dvd" ..."V70"... "off" ..."on" ..."dvd"..."V70"... "off"..... .......and so it repeats itself ad infinitum.

Can anyone help please?
