Can someone help identify this tone-arm?

I took a punt on it on Fleabay.... I want to build a deck around it for the girlfriend... but it went for a low price and I might of been done....

Anyone know exactly what it is? Is it what it looks like?

Have I paid about right for it or is it a deal?

What about mounting it on a Thorens TD150? Would that do the job nicely?
