Can internet radio be paused

I wanted to get a Dab or Internet Radio with Live Pause, i have asked around but not been able to find one. Does anybody know if this is possible and what model / Manufacturer does live pause. Thankyou for any help

Some models from Pure and Roberts allow recording from internet and DAB to USB or SD card memory, for example the Pure Sensia 200D Connect and the Roberts Stream 63i, and IIRC these manufacturers also make DAB radios able to take SD memory cards to give live pause/rewind facilities.
