Quick question for you.
I have a Rotel RA05 amp. In another post I've talked about switching to Arcam A85/P85.
As a half way house (because it might take a while to get an A85 on fleabay and because my budget already has to include new speakers) can I get the P85 first and stick it onto the Rotel (it is an integrated but it has pre-outs) as a pre/power combo?
Obviously I would not try to biamp such a setup.
That will work won't it? I mean, it's not going to cause some catastrophe and burn my house down is it?
Any thoughts?
