Hey

Got fed up with something and did something I shouldnt have, I took the HDMI out of the back of the TV and put it in another HDMI on the back but for some reason the TV wont register the HDMI anymore, it keeps saying no signal.

Then when I put another one in, it was fine.

Any ideas?

Technically it wont affect it. But id guess youve managed to damage one of the connectors somehow

Seems like it eh!

Its a shame as it was a new 2M ThatCable one.

Oh well at least I had another spare, as the kids would have beat me, those toddlers can be dangerous if they dont have their cartoons.

HDMI cables do carry power too - so ideally, the item should be turned off really. Although, to be honest, I don't turn things off when I'm switching over at work....I've not blown anything yet
