cambridge dacmagic is it worthwhile upgrade

hi i still have original dacmagic cd transport ,is anybody else useing this with the new dacmagic dac, and is it worth buying one-- also is it any better than the musical fidelity x-dac v3 i have-will this be a worthwhile upgrade.

Personally I'd stick to the MF X-Dac unless you get to try the DacMagic and are really impressed with the improvement.

I'd stick with the X-Dac I think.
