Question Cambridge CXA61 Bluetooth and Digital no audio

Hello guys, just registered here because of an issue I have with my brand new Cambridge CXA61 amp. I can't for the life of me make it work with Bluetooth or Toslink, the only time I can get any audio out is when I connect it with RCA cables, but then I get some weird issue like channel crosstalk because the sound emerges from each input I select:
A1, A2, D1, Bluetooth, etc.

To me, it seems like a faulty unit, but I'm wondering if I'm missing something here. I've tried restarting it and factory resetting it going by the Cambridge support page and manual.

Note that I had the same issue last night and at some point, it started working correctly until I switched it off. Today I can't get it to work with anything different than RCA.

Sounds to me like you need to return it to the dealer as it shouldn't be doing that. Where did you purchase it from?

Return it immediately. Sounds seriously faulty.

https://www.avstore.ro/ I will contact them to figure out how to return it. Sadly I'm not even in the same country, they were just the closest official retailer to Bulgaria....
