Cambridge Audio 340 CD and amp

I really like the look of these two products that have both been featured recently in the mag - 340 SE amp and 340 CD player. Does anyone know how well they perform with timing? Timing is something which I need for a hi-fi to be good at.

this is a good combo that imho loses nothing to their bigger sibling's except in power and richer will throw in a free pair of speakers as well.
