CA 740A vs CA 840A V1

Which of these 2 guys would you choose? They both cost 499 in richersounds which one of the is better?? I know that 840A V1 is more powerful. Is 740A has something different better then? (same cost less power) please help.

Sorry but the 840A is on a different planet. It's not even close.
