Bush MTT2 connecting to a Bose SoundLink mini

Hi,
I have a bush mtt2, I’ve researched and found that it has a built in preamp.
Does this mean I can connect straight to a Bose mini Bluetooth speaker using a RCA to aux cable??
I have brought the speaker yet so want to check before I do. Thanks.

Would normally say go for a gold plated adaptor, but your plugs aren't gold so this is all you really need:

There are phono preamps and there are 'normal' preamps.
As yours is built into a TT it will be a phono preamp.

Have you ever actually known anyone that's been confused by the term 'phono preamp'?

Phono implies phonograph, so it should really be called a gram preamp after gramophone. Nobody uses cylinder records these days. 🙂

The word preamp on its own is confusing because it can mean something else than phono stage.
