Buffalo Linkstation Live Help

Hi,Hoping to get my Sonos all set up this afternoon but cannot get computer to find the linkstation. It is set up via Sky Sagem wireless router. I have also tried via link up with laptop directly, Sony, but again cannot find it. I have switched off all firewalls through all the procedures that I have tried.

Help please.

Have you run the Linkstation setup disk, unlike my previous WD drive the Linkstation didn't show up on my network until I had used the disk, I didn't install everything but something on the disk made it work.

Yes,
Have used the link navigator disc included with linkstation setup wizard but it cannot find the attached linkstation.

Can you ping the linkstation?, does it show up on your router's DHCP client list?
