Budget Tube Amps

If I have a GBP 300-500 integrated amp, what amount of money I need to get a Tube amp to beat that? I don't need to go very loud. My speakers are quite sensitive. 10 wpc would be enough. Thanks in advance.

There seems to be alot of cheaper valve amps coming out of china. They seemed to be getting good reviews.

Also I was quite impressed with the fatman amps at the hifi show ( I think these are from China also?). They do a model which is single ended (which IMO is the best valve design config) . but I am not sure of the cost

I still have an old stereo EL84 single ended amp made from a kit. I might revisit it.
