Now that Moto GP is moving to BT Sport what is the cheapest way to get it without moving ISP?

Go to Currys when the race is on. Pretend you want to buy a TV with an extended warranty. By the time they have finished the paperwork and found the TV in the stock room you will have watched the whole race for free.

You can't. Get someone friendly with it already to give you their log on and watch it online or via an app.....probably illegal though.
