I'm looking to connect my existing Senheisser PX200 headphones to my phone using a bluetooth adaptor for when I go out running. Every item I seem to come across has poor reviews regarding the sound quality. I know there will be a fair bit of compromise in quality with Bluetooth and I wanted to know if anyone can recommend an daptor that has half decent sound quality.

Bluetooth can have some issues when the phone and the bluetooth headphones are top quality and work well together. But when you take a lower quality headphone that's not bluetooth and try to "adapt" it to bluetooth, you will experience far worse problems.

Agree with Dale. Your best best would be to get specialist sports headphones that are designed to stay in even if they get a little tug off clothing.

Good models available from Audio-Technica, Sennheiser and Klipsch amongst others.

Alternatively the Kitsound Manhattan is an over ear bluetooth that's light and cheap.
