blu ray uncompressed pcm problem!!!

I currently have a yamaha ax757se amp and have just bought the pana bd30. i have analogue leads connected in the hope that i can listen to uncompressed pcm ( the only hd audio i can receive cos of my amps lack of HDMI!) Can someone who is familiar with the bd30 please tell me what settings to put on the setup menus, as i am baffled! much appreciated guys.

Looks like you have to ensure the HDMI audio output is turned off, the digital audio out set to bitstream, and the speaker setting set to multichannel.

Had another look at my settings and then tried different ways but best is how Andrew said, on the set up menu / sound, PCM down conversion set to off, for digital audio select "user" then bitstream for all options and I have secondary audio off. I used spiderman 3, the crane scene to test this out. Can really notice the difference especially the bass.
