Blu-Ray player to replace Arcam CD72 and be at least as good musically

I've got the CD72 for music and a PS3 for Blu-ray. I'm looking to get rid of the PS3 and replace it with a BR player so thought maybe I can get rid of 2 boxes and replace it with 1, ie a BR player that is musically as good as the CD72. Sadly I can't afford the new Arcam BR player even with the £400 trade-in so am open to suggestions!

The new Arcam would be a good shout as well, right now you will get £400 for it as a trade in.
