The picture quality was actually pretty good with some very sharp images. However it's quite static film, being set entirely in one room, so there were no sequences that really tested motion stability. However, I have noticed that on my set up, which is a Sony 350 and a Panasonic 37PX80 (720 HD ready but capable of accepting a 1080p 24fps blu ray signal) that there is a slight trade off between sharpness and motion judder. If I select 24fps then motion stability is much improved but the image is slightly softer. With 24fps turned off the images are sharper but there is much more judder. So if "Exam" was not running at 24fps it would account for the extra sharpness.
