You mean the money that was yours in the first place. Maybe in future, just think about things a little longer instead of jumping in - you might get all your money back, but retailers don't get their transaction charges refunded - they're out of pocket every time someone returns something.

Yes, it never ceases to amaze me as to those that order willy nilly then change their minds without a thought as to what it means to the retailer.....

I have had some unexpected bills too though…And when I say banked the money that was just a figure of speech because that is going on some unexpected bills. And mind your own business in the future, and you can see why I have never shopped at The Little Audio Company now…if it’s in their terms and they didn’t mind for a second and still scoped a lot of money for my trade ins and purchases that I made.

Looks like you're banned, but I have to address something - no retailer wants to refund anything, I think you'll find that they do mind. The fact that it is in their terms and conditions is a legal requirement, retailers have no other option. I'll bet any money that if it wasn't a legal requirement, NO retailer would include it in their terms and conditions. I have known retailers to ban people who persistent return items - as I said, returns cost the retailer money.

We all have unexpected bills, and most people try to prepare for them, stash a little away for those very unexpected ones. You can't cover them all off, especially when they a few turn up at the same time, but it still helps.

Why would I be banned? You’re the one critising on your high horse, and I know what you are like from your Frank Harvey days as to why I don’t shop at your shop..

And I could’ve quite easily saved well over £100 today more at Apple but choose not to…

If someone is annoying you, put them on ignore, don't post things that might get you banned. I have my own mental health problems and, have said things in forums that it would be much better if I didn't, especially on a bad day. Now I just use the ignore button.

You had a line through your name, so just presumed you were.

Not sure where you're coming from, we had one transaction, which you returned. I don't recall any bad feeling at the time on either side. Maybe you remember differently.
 
Just to clarify I have bought 4 items from Frank Harvey over the years and that was 2 Oppo Blu-ray players and 1 pair of headphones and 1 return of headphones, Funny how you remember the one return though…

And I am not banned from any shop.

I am out of this thread now.

I never stated you were banned from anywhere, just that I know of some retailers who do ban individuals who return a lot of stuff.

If you ordered anything online at FH, that had nothing to do with me and I wouldn't know about it.
