Biwiring Using A & B Speaker Outlets.

I've ordered some Black Rhodium biwire speaker cable and will be having plugs fitted to it but I'm wondering whether it's better to have 6 or 8 plugs on each run. Is there any noticeable benefit when using both A+B sets of speaker outlets on the amplifier when biwiring, or is there no discernable difference compared to using just one of them?
