Hi, does anyone use both speaker connections to bi-wire with the PM6002 and have both the A-B speaker switches pushed in? If not does anyone know what effect this will have? Cheers

Yes, I have this amp, running with a 540C and, until recently, biwired to Eltax monitor IIIs (now upgraded to Epos), so was very similar to your set up. I'm afraid, however, that I can't comment on the difference biwiring makes on this amp, as I didn't try single wiring it first. I can tell you that it sounds very nice though. Whether or not it will sound significantly, or even noticeably better than your current single-wired configuration, is something you'll only find out by trying it.

I did, however, try both single and bi with the 540c and the Eltaxs when I was running a Cambridge A1 mk3, and got slightly better clarity and brightness in the top end.

Your results may vary, obviously.

What I'm asking is do you use the two sets of speaker posts to bi-wire with this amp. Currently I've just twisted together the positives and negatives and screwed them into the positive and negative terminals of only one speaker set. Cheers for the reply though.

Aha. Yes, I use all the terminals and so have both A and B speaker buttons on. This is purely for convenience though, as I find it a pain to try to cram two speaker wires into one binding post. To the best of my knowledge, there's no difference at all between using just one set and two sets of terminals in terms of sound.
