If you must go wireless, then without doubt I would go with a pair of Sennheiser RS series wireless headphones. There isn't much good competition for less than £50.
Personally, I'm not a big fan of wireless headphones as the audio quality is so much worse than wired headphones. I guess the convenience of being without wires does make up for it in some situations.
I'd agree with hifiheadphones, as personally myself I don't think you can beat wired headphones for sound quality. What are you looking to use them for, general music listening, watching movies etc?
