Hi guys. I need a little advice on how to best mount speakers.
You'll have excuse the bad drawing, but my PC skills are not what they should be. Anyways, here are options, but feel free to recommend other solutions....
1 - Hole cut, speaker screwed to baffle
2 - Hole cut, a further recess made to allow speaker to top to be flush with the baffle
3 - Hole cut, mount speaker to underside
4 - Hole cut, edges cut stiaight away from speaker, mount speaker to underside
5 - Hole cut, corners rounded off to speaker, mount speaker to underside
I'm after getting the best quality out of system & am currently trying to do my homework. I'd like to think that option 2 will be the best, for several reasons, but would like to get this right from the off set.
Thanks in advance for all your help.
