best speakers to use with onkyo 5009?

Ok so if one R series sub won't do the job, if I have one for now and buy another when budget allows, will that do the job? Solutions please... ;-)

I'll need to hear it in our demo rooms first to comment - I've only heard it at the launch, as I never really go to hear it at our open evening.
