Best sound quality receiver for under £200

Hello all.

I'm looking a receiver with good sound quality to replace my ultra-budget Yamaha RX-V365. I don't mind if it's new or second hand.

This receiver will be used for audio ONLY. It will be connected to my PC and used for listening to music in 2.1 stereo and for playing games with 5.1 surround sound. For this reason I'm only interested in the sound quality and will have no use for anything else. Things like picture upscaling or having lots of HDMI plugs will be of no use to me.

I used to have a Marantz SR4400 which was great for the music side of things so i would try to pick one of those up or the 4300 before it, should be cheap on somewhere like ebay or the like under a £100 i reckon.

Hopefully they might drop down to £200 in the January sales...

Any idea which of these would sound best with Q Acoustics 1010i 5.1 speakers?

To be honest I am really not sure, I have not heard the Sony, but I am a yamaha fan, I like the warm sound they produce, it would be worth going for an audition for both with your speakers.
