Best small screen tv for kitchen!

Hi, need a new tv for the kitchen. Looked at the reviews on here but only got 2 19" tv reviews. Wondered if anyone new a good tv (Good picture and good sound) that was under £400. Want size from 19" to 24". Did buy a samsung, cant remember the model, picture was great but the sound was terrible, so took it back. Need some help please.

I think What Hi-Fi have a super test of 20-22 inch TVs lined up for January issue.

Check out the ones from Sony. They usually sound better than Samsung.
