Best quality to transfer mp3 files to CD

Hi, apologies if this has been asked before, I have some albums on my sony phone and I want to rip these to cd, so what is the best way to achieve the best to near cd quality possible, I have roxio software which rips to 320 max or would I use windows media player uses the lossless format, many thanks in advance.

You're limited by the quality of the files on your phone - no matter what software you use, they'll end up the same quality as they were originally.

Ok, so what ever quality they are on the phone now matter what piece of software I use to rip it won't matter.
