best hifi tweak ever ?

I've got that setup disc. It's OK.
You may laugh at what Al said above, but that was my best 'tweak'.
Second best was killing excess room reverb.
He's got some wall panels in that video, but a fitted carpet would be of far more benefit to him than a burn-in disc.

i have the system set up disc - never really used it though !

(my speakers had to go where they were placed sadly).

the burn in cd however...i'd rather just blast some napalm death.

I have a similar Atlas disc from years ago. It’s useful to put on repeat for new (or newly modified) components, and especially new speakers/headphones, but otherwise I don’t think it brings much benefit.

Even then many would be sceptical about speakers “breaking in” (having heard the break in process for car speakers I am not)
