Best Headphones with controls and mic under £65

Hi all,

Can I get a bit of advice. I'm looking for a pair of Over ear headphones with audio controls and a microphone to listen to music and take hands free calls on my phone on the go. I previously bought "Bomber" Motorheadphones, but found them too uncomfortable. I also am limited to £65 budget. Can anyone recommend any that fit the bill? - Over ear, Audio Controls and Mic, Comfortable, up to £65.

Does "over ear" mean "around ear" or "on ear"? Since both types are over ear.

The Audio-Technica ATH-AX5iS is brand new and very good, as is the AIAIAI Capital which is a bit older but can be purchased for under £65 now.
