hi whats better the vdac2 or beresford caiman from atv2 to nac112 thanks

I have not had a listen to the beresford, i own a v-dac 2 and it sound's great, nice midrange, slightly warm sound, you can upgrade the dac by adding a mf v-psu 2, i plan to get the psu soon, just my thought's http://www.musicalfidelity.com/products/V-Series/V-DAC/V-DACII-review.pdf
