I have a Pioneer S-21W subwoofer currently connected to Audioengine A2s as per the Audioengine FAQ, ie:
If I have a subwoofer of my own, how would I use the A2s with it?

Connect the line-level output from your subwoofer into one of the A2 inputs. Very simple.
And it works ok. But it means a plug going into either a L or R socket in the Right A2 (ie the one containing the amp and with extra sockets). What I'm wondering is if I'm losing some audio information by the subwoofer only being connected with a L or R socket and not both. And if it makes a difference, is there a cable which would connect at one end to both L and R speaker sockets and at the other end to the single subwoofer socket? Would this be a good idea? Hope this makes some kind of sense.

The A2 has three input sockets: A(L), A(R), and B. The third of these receives a headphone feed, leaving the two A sockets available. So the question is whether it would be preferable to plug into both the A sockets instead of just one.
