What is the best amp for around £300?

There seem to be quite a few amps in this range but is there a class leader? Here are a few that seem most popular.

Rotel RA-04 SE, NAD 326 c bee, Yamaha A-S500, Marantz PM6003

I have an Atoll IN30, wich is a small high-end company in France. The IN30 is a integrated amp wich is really good value for the money!!!

It's such a personal thing of course, but I must say I think the NAD 326 driving my B&W 685s sounds beyond the expected given the price, and that's despite the speakers not being ideally located!

Another vote for the NAD C326BEE - amazing amp for the money. I've listened to it driving a variety of relatively expensive speakers with no problem like the Dali Mentor Menuet, Elac BS243 and PMC DB1i. Very good value, IMO.
