i tend to buy s/h TVs for the bedroom these days not new ones just bought a 2016 Sony 48 inch with a warranty 6 months from a well known charity shop for £80 . this replaces my old Sony 2010 model 40 inch works great but wanted a bigger screen. Sony s/hTVs make great buys. I bought the TV from Lighthouse in Hutton Essex this is the 7 th TV i bought from them ,in 14 years now . tended to buy mainly Plasma TVs but now the last 2 have been Sony. As a second TV they great wendy prefered that to a new TCL as she did not like the controls but i sorted out the problem , the TV kept on going in shop mode sorted out after 2 years almost. Then sell them off at half price 2 years later . Is that not a bargain ????

My Panasonic 50 inch V10 (bought new in 2009) is at a friend's and still working well. I have a Pioneer 5090 Kuro bought second hand. Manufactured May 2008, bought from one owner 5 years ago and still provides a great pic. Paid £300 for it.
