OK 😊 The last time I owed one was yonks, when batteries were the norm!

Rechargeable, it's much kinder to the environment; are these still as effective and long lasting in 5 years time?
I'm sort of using mobile battery longevity rule. When I first got my OnePlus phone, a charge would last a day and half on full usage and now, I have to charge everyday.
Granted you don't use your wireless headphone continuously like your phone, so I'm probably gathering too much hay.

Not a great fan at the moment but who knows, if the sound quality improves with the advancements in technology, I may warm to it. 🙂
My B&W PX2 S2 headphones lasted months and so do my B&W PX8 headphones with one single charge. You don’t have to change the batteries at all as far as I am aware.

WHF’s review out now, they mention they can be wired but don’t mention how they sound wired - strange! Who cares about how they sound wireless…

Wish they would produce a simple wired version.....

Traditional wired cans are only for audiophile freaks. I'm being facetious but let me explain why, cans like the Px7, Px8 and the new Cambridge ones too all have a USB C connection which gives you high res access to the built-in DAC. And they sound even better that way, as great as their Bluetooth performance is.

And that to me is important as Bluetooth often interrupts wi-fi on my laptop for heavy duty like calls and music. This way for meetings I can just plug in and bypass Bluetooth.
