Love the fact that they're over ear, and if the sound builds upon the strengths of the P5's, we might be onto a winner here.

Shame the pricing of these is sooooooo much more than what I think they're worth. £330 pushes them close to quite a lot of other headphones that are better (although maybe not as good looking!).

I also think that for circa £200 if you look around, the Momentums Over Ear make the P7's look expensive and I can't see them sounding better.

The original Momentum has an uneven bass and treble, and the B&O H6 is waaaaay better sounding. I'm expecting the P7 to be comparable to the H6.

Just paid a visit to John Lewis to try the p7's, unfortunately they did't have them in store yet. But they had the p3's,5's and the momemtums hooked up so tried them out to compare.

i so wanted the p5's to sound the best, since I really like the styling. But I have to admit the moe's sounded better.

So I'm waiting to have a listen of the p7's, but they will have to be doing some to better the moe's given the price diff.

I was born and bred in Heald Green - 2 St Anns Rd Sth to be precise. Spent 20 years there before my parents moved to Cheadle Hulme (where I had gone to school anyway). I go back occasionally, in some ways it's changed, in others not. Still blooming noisy with all the planes!.

depending on what other headphones you have to compare side by side this should be interesting
