Hi Everyone, just have a quick question for owners of these speakers. I recently received a new pair of these and just have a quick question with regards to the Remote Control's battery compartment.
When inserting the battery for the first time after removing the film, I noticed that there is a shiny metal retaining clip that is supposed to hold the battery in place. The clip has 2 small mounts where I presume the battery slots into it to keep it in place. However the remote control that I have received, there is only one mount actuall making contact with the battery rather than both, hence the battery does not sit properly in place.
I would be very grateful if forum members could please have a look at their own remote controls just to makee sure that whether or not this is the way it's ment to be. If not, I will contact B&W asap with regards to a replacement.
