AVR Over message blinking

Hi there guys,

I have pioneer sc-lx 86 avr, when i am listening to any analog input ( also with multichannel analog ins), i am getting message on the display of the avr, saying OVER and sometimes it is blinking.

Couldn't find any infor on the subject in the manual.

Should i worry about that ?

I believe it is the incoming signal from the source that is too strong, does it show ATT on the display.

I had this with my OPPO and had to adjust the volume down on the OPPO.

I believe this is what you are experiencing.

Page 62 in the LX85 manual.

Got it sorted out. On the sc-lx86 you have to go to AUDIO PARAMETER, then with arrows down to A.ATT.
