AV receiver advice for power amplifier RB985MKII

Hello Experts,

I have just purchased a Rotel Power amp RB985MKII and B&W 603S3 speakers and would be connecting an AV receiver with pre outs as a preamp (eg Onkyo TX-SR875) to the rotel to drive the front two mentioned speakers.

The Rotel power amp RB985MKII has a Input Impedance/Sensitivity 27 k Ohms/1.0 volt.

My question is Would the output from the pre outs of the the Onkyp TX-SR875 or any AV receivers with preouts match the input of the Rotel? What do I need to look for in the specifications as I have checked and cannot find the output impedance/sensitivity in KOhms or Volts on the AV receiver specs.Thank you.

Don't worry about that at all, it's wholly irrelevant in this context. Any regular consumer pre-amp will fit your power amp, there's no such thing required as "matching".
