Right folks need help Omnia sound is not good example vocal is very distant detail is not there this is across optical cd phono and streaming it's almost as if the Omnia were using an internal filter will give an example disturbs sound of silence the background music can be heard over the vocals have checked everything also tried a factory reset have ABed using my rotel power amp then back to Omnia with no difference as said it's pretty much on all inputs even change the optical filter from norm to wide makes no difference

You're 100% certain of the speaker connections then?
(The phasing and the integrity of any link plates on the speakers).

Sounds like you could be hearing only the differences between the two channels 🤔
Is the symptom definitely on all inputs?

Presumably it's out of guarantee now?

Thanks for the response yep checked all it even sounds just a little better when I removed the bi wire jumpers and moved the banana plugs to the top but still sounds very distant on the vocal I am looking around gumtree just to pick up some cheep speakers to rule out those will let you know . I have had the pleasure of owning the 6000 s running klipch RF 52 floor standers in my last setup Reason for changing smaller listing room change of address the speakers I am using just now are acustic energy bookshelves which sounded amazing when I auditioned them two weeks ago
