Mine struggled with really poor connectivity. Kept dropping out. The pre-sets also a frustration, as it does not save BBC Radio channels. Tech support was unhelpful, and when I sent it back Customer Support was pretty poor too. When it worked it sounded lovely, but it was way too flaky to invest £400 in.
