Hello All :)

I have 3 stereo systems. Since they are old i take turns in listening to them.

My flagship system

Technics SU-V8X New Class A Integrated amplifier ( Beautiful old beast) (1983-85)

Technics SL-P555 Cd Player ( year 1989)

Using Supra Ply 3.4S speaker cable from the cross over insde the box ( Ply3.4 for mid and tweeter)

Atlas Equator Mk1

I find the sound is nice and detailed with a nice solid bass, so i was thinking of moving the Atlas Equator to my bed room system and getting either

Atlas Equator MK2 ( been very happy with the MK1), though i read the WhatHIfI review for Merlin Bach and it sounds a nice detailed cable also?? I dont know go with what was good originaly or risk the Merlin Back

thx

Sammy

I can't advise which way you should go but I can say that Merlin are an excellent company and I use their Chopin Classic interconnects and have just ordered some speaker cable from them. I am sure there is nothing to stop you going with Atlas....I'm just relaying my personal experience.

Hey Ray :)
Ended up getting the Atlas again.

Since i had another amp, i purchased some Merlin Bach :D Very nice sounding cable goes well with the amp and Supra Ply3.4S. I hope i have but the cable around the correct way xD :D so i see why u like Merlin now xD

I set it up like this xD

AMP -------------------------------------- MERLIN BACH ->>> -------------------------- CD
