Please note that contrary to what is stated in the review in the December issue the new pre-amp. does not contain a phono stage. You have to specify you want it & it will cost you £400.

The CA2 pre-amp is £1058, and the optional SPH2 Phono Stage is £406.

David, how does the new CA2/P1 stack up against the 150 integrated & is there a new integrated on the way ?

We will shortly have the SIA2-150 and the CA2/P1 pre/power in store (waiting for ATC to finish building them!), so as soon as I do and can try them together with a few different speakers, I'll be able to relay my findings on here for you. Even though the pre/power is just a two box version of the integrated, I think the usual benefits of a two box amplifier will be well worth the extra few hundred over the integrated amplifier.
