At home with my new speakers.

I have just returned home with a new pair of kef Q100's, i like what im hearing so far, a big improvement over my q-acoustic 2010's, anyway back to the music, i will update this post after i have spent a few hour's with them.

Interesting you went for the KEF's in the end. Whats your source, is it the Roksan CDP?

I like the kef's sweet midrange, vocal's sound great, i am using a musical fidelity v-dac 2 at the moment :beer:

Are you using your computer as the player and then into your MF v dac 2?

Yes the pc is my source, i use spotify and have ripped cd's to my hard drive in wav format, thanks for the reply.

Having spent 24 hours with the kefs i have to say i love them, big improvement over my Q-acoustic 2010's, the bass is very good and vocals sound great, i think the new Q series is a return to form for kef, i owned a pair of kef Q35 back 2000 and they were fine speakers for the money, i am very happy with my speakers, well done kef.
