hi all, Are there different grades of arial cables?

Yes,as with most cables within the hifi/av market they range from the cheap and cheerful to higher priced exotica.

You dont say specifically what its for. You could have an aerial direct from the roof aerial to the tv. Or to the wall outlet then a secondary lead from the wall outlet to the tv.

I personally found adding an ixos aerial from my wall outlet to my tv brought benefical quality to the picture (About 12 quid new off ebay if I recall)

tinytots:hi, thanks guys, so how do i know the good from the bad? Avoid the cheap n' nasty white cables and look for good quality coax like WF100. I wouldn't bother with a branded flylead, the satcure stuff as mentioned above is fine or make your own.

thats what i have got at the moment one of those white cheap nasty ones! I better start looking. its the one from the wall to the tv. thanks for information.
