Are all QED HDMI-P 1.3 compatible

i have a QED hdmi-p cable but not sure if it is latest spec (1.3) compatible, how can i check

Don't worry, they are 1.3.

when you say high speed cat 2 is that version 1.3

There are now actually two types of HDMI cable, category 1 and category 2. From Wikipedia:

Category 1 certified cables which have been tested at 74.5 MHz (1080i/720p) and Category 2 certified cables which have been tested at 340 MHz (1600p) to reduce the confusion about which cables support which video formats. A Category 1 HDMI cable will be marketed as a "Standard HDMI cable" and a Category 2 HDMI cable will be marketed as a "High Speed HDMI cable". This labeling guideline for HDMI cables went into effect on October 17, 2008.

So a Cat 2 cable, or High Speed, will definitely be 1.3 spec.
