Arcam FMJ A19 - Headphones Required

I've just purchased the Arcam FMJ A19 and use it with an Audiolab 8200 cd player and Monitor Audio RX6 speakers.
Now and again I need to listen with headphones and wondered if members could help me decide which would be worth looking at.
From initial investigations the AKG 550 and Audio Technica ATH M50 seem worth trying what are your views on these and others around the same price.

I've only tried the M50s. I found them to have a lot of detail, but a bit brash and brutal. Strong punchy bass, but not exactly a relaxing listen. That was just run from my iPod, so they may sound a bit smoother with better amplification. I'm still considering a pair for use at work, particularly because they seem to block out external sounds very well.

I use Grado SR325is. But a bit pricier than the AKGs and ATs that you mentioned.
