Arcam avr 400 not saving settings

My avr 400 has just come back from being repaired at arcam. Since it's return I can't get it to remember the video and audio settings for each input. I can't remember if I did anything to make them save when I first got it and the manual is no help.

am I missing something

I never used Arcam before I got the AVR450. But it could be the older model has got a save settings at the bottom? Not sure but it may be the case. With the new one you just change the settings & saves it automatically. Also you could do a factor reset to see if this helps.

it seems there is a fault as it should just remember the setting , so back to Arcam it goes.

i think you should leave it with them.i sold mine and got a yamaha.twice as good as my avr 400:cheers:
