Hi all,

recently I switched from 5.1 to 2.1 with equipment from signature.

For music everything is great and I really enjoy the system.

For movies I don’t miss surround speakers so much, but I have a small problem with dialogue - it is to quiet. In order to hear it properly I have to push the volume on stereo amp high and then when explosion happens - my neighbors do not appreciate the situation. ;)

Now, I fully understand that this is a compromise with stereo amps with no DTS and DD decoding and having no center channel, but I wanted to know your experience and is it in any way maybe possible to increase dialogue on popcorn hour?

Bottom line - if it stays as it is it will be OK for me as I watch maybe one movie per week, but listen and enjoy music every day. ;)

If your using your ps3 for movie playback you can set dynamic range control to on in the video settings. This will reduce the loud parts of the movie.
