I would’ve been tempted by that Philips OLED TV on discount yesterday if I had known this.

I've just spoken to Philips TV technical support because the Apple TV isn't on my Google Play store. They explained that there are some technical issues meaning the app isn't available yet. Once the issues are fixed the app will be on all Philips Android TV's that run Oreo 8 or above.

If I were you I'd get the Philips OLED, the Apple TV isn't available yet (see my post below) but it is definitely coming.
