i have the B&W A7 and have to say that the convenience+sound is a future winner.

B&W A7 are powered speakers and not actives, as far as I'm aware. You should ask about best wireless docks / speakers as a category instead.

The B&W A7 is a 'proper' active design with electronic crossovers and five dedicated amps (one for each driver)...

I checked flight tickets 8 weeks ago and they were a bargain (70 Euro T/R).

Today it is 250 Euro T/R, that´s what is happening when not quick enough.
