APart Sublime Subwoofer fried

Hi, my son has fired my APart passive Subwoofer, I have ordered two new glass current surge protectors, but need two 5W resistors, unfortunately their values are unreadable on the resistors and the PCB, one measures 150ohms but i can just make out that it appears to start and end with a 3 so 3***3R?? , APart (Biamp) refused to disclose any info suggesting scrapping it or send it to them, if any one owns a sublime sub would you be able to remove the inspection panel (square to right looking from back) and just tell me what the smaller two middle resistor values are.....pleeeez, many thanks
